Presentment that: - James Harper and Elizabeth his wife held a copyhold tenement with orchard in Dunton formerly in occupation of William Winters, now of Thomas Arnold - Elizabeth Harper was admitted tenant of the premises - that JH, EH and Katherine Fisher had all since died - Elizabeth Arnold, wife of Thomas Arnold, was only child and heir of KF Admission of EA as tenant at a yearly rent of 2/8.
