Robert Dunckley, Weston Favell (Nthants), yeo. Found gelding stolen from his stable with Jn.Smith, who bought it from Th.Tapp. The Informacon of Robert Dunckley of Weston Favell in the County of Northton yoman taken upon oath the vith day of February 1683/4 before Thomas Christie Esqr one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid. This Informant saith that on the 13th day of this instant February in the night he had stollen from him a bay Guelding which he found in the hands of Sergt Keale brought thither on Saturday last by the servant of John Smith of Wardon which Smith as he affirmed had bought the said horse of one Tapp now a Prisoner in the County Gaole of Bedford The marke of Robert Dunckley Taken as above before Tho Christie
