Property sold subject to conditions on enclosed Schedule; (a)Vendors reserve right of way 12' wide, and use of the present garage until such right of way is made (b)Purchaser shall erect 9" brick wall at least 6' high with gates giving access to land retained by vendors (c)Windows overlooking the land retained by the vendors in buildings constructed by the purchasers shall be opaque (d)Purchasers shall not permit any offensive trade or annoyance to the vendor (e)The purchaser shall make good any damage caused by alterations (e)The title shall commence with two conveyances to the late Charles Henry Gough Knowles dated 24 June 1887 and 30 November 1888 Enclosed with Memorandum of Agreement for sale, from Charles Edgar Knowles, Castle Street, Luton, and Doris Muriel Stanbridge, 42 Brantwood Road, Luton, to Thomas Neville for £3200.
