- TitleKnow all present and to come that I John Pynnok of Overshelton have given and granted and by this my present charter have confirmed to John Everard of Pynnokesende and Ida his wife, all those lands and tenements which I had in the fields and hamlet of Pynnokesende of the grant of the aforesaid John Everard. To have and to hold all those lands and tenements with all the appurtenances to the aforesaid John and Ida and the heirs between them lawfully begotten, of the chief lord of the fee by the service therefor due. And I the aforesaid John Pynnok and my heirs will warrant the aforesaid lands and tenements to the aforesaid John and Ida and the heirs between them lawfully begotten, in form aforesaid. In witness whereof I have set my seal to this charter. These being witnesses: Thomas Rich, John Alen, William Applon, Robert C...., John Manhot and others. Given at Pynnokesende on the morrow of St.Martin, in the thirty third year of the reign of King Edward the Third after the conquest
