    Manor of Aspley otherwise Aspleybury with Ion and others reciting that on 9 May 1717 John Wallin otherwise Poulter, the elder, of Shillington, labourer, surrendered - customary messuage and close of pasture and arable (now divided into 3 closes) in Aspley End otherwise Apsley End, then in possession of said John Wallin otherwise Poulter to use of Francis Sharp and wife Mary for lives and then to Lawrence Sharp (son of Francis). Said Francis and Mary are now admitted tenants Yearly rent - 6s Fine - for Francis and Mary - £8 5s and for Lawrence - £8 8s Francis and Mary Sharp have since died and Lawrence has come into the premises. £8 8s is now claimed by the Lord. Lawrence also has now died and on his death there was due for a heriot a chest of drawers of the price of £1 1s John Sharp aged 12 is the only son and heir of Lawrence Sharp Now at the Court came said John Sharp by Thomas Rust, his uncle and next friend, and desired to be admitted tenant to said premises to whom the Lord granted seisin by the rod
