Conveyance of piece of land i) F J Gurney ii) School board for the parish of Langford in consideration of 10s. - land 4 feet in width lying on south side of the land now belonging to the school board and whereon a schoolroom is about being built ii) to hold in fee simple i) beneficial owner. ii) to erect and maintain brick wall 5 feet high on the south and east boundaries of the playground, i) right to use wall for training fruit trees on his side.
