(i)Absolute surrender Ann Hickson of Langford, devisee for life of Joseph Hickson late of Langford, farrier & Henry Hickson of Langford, yeoman devisee in reversion to Wm Chapman of Biggleswade, gent. for £130.(7 Jan 1826). (ii)Absolute surrender of 1½ ac in close adjoining the garden ground and not already surrendered parties as in (i) upon trust that Wm Chapman or his heirs shall sell so soon as the legacy or sum of £200 or any part thereof shall become payable under the will of Joseph Hickson.
