reciting death of Henry Chaundler and the proving of his will By articles of Partnership of 1 November 1920 made between Henry Chaundler and ii) it was provided (by clause 24) that upon the death of Henry Chaundler, ii) should be given the option of purchasing the Manor of Langford for £200 now in consideration of said £200 paid to i) by ii) i) to convey to ii) - Manor of Langford etc. i) acknowledge right of ii) to production of said Articles of Partnership and probate of will of Henry Chaundler and delivery of copies thereof. This transaction does not form part of transaction exceeding £500 sig of P R and Christine Chaundler wits A W Brookes, clerk to Messrs Chaundler & son, sols, Biggleswade, Juliet Chaundler, spinster, Shottermill, Surrey.

This document is not held at the Bedford office, it was lent to the CRO in 1988 for listing and was then returned to Lady Comyn.
