    With copy of will son, Philip Robert Chaundler, and daughter, Christine Chaundler, appointed executors and trustees ...to said son, Philip Robert Chaundler - practice as solicitor and goodwill therefore at Biggleswade ...to be paid to Pearl Grimer as long as she shall remain the owner of and occupy the leasehold premises known as 34, Peter Avenue, Willesden Green - such sums as she may have to pay in respect of said premises for ground rent, taxes, mortgage instalments (with Willesden UDC) and all sums necessary for repair and upkeep etc. ...to trustees - residue and remainder of estate after payment of funeral expenses to pay and appropriate same to his children as indicated by various documents signed by him and deposited in a tin box at his bedroom at residence in Biggleswade and in possession of son, P R Chaundler, in his Office sig of H Chaundler wits G M P Parker, Moorgate Station Chambers, London EC2, solicitor.
