    Probate of the will of Elizabeth Williamson formerly of Campton, Beds but late of the Manor House, Kempston deceased: - 'Sworn under Four Thousand Pounds and that the testatrix died 25th April 1857' - Proved at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. Including extract of will dated 31st Dec 1839: Giving & Bequeathing: - Sum of £1000 to my brother William Williamson and Henry Godhall of Lawrence Pountney Place, London, merchant upon trust to invest and pay the interest and dividends from this trust fund to my sister Mary, wife of Richard Carter Smith for her life free from her husband; after her decease upon trust for my niece and goddaughter Elizabeth Harriet Smith (one of the said daughters of sister Mary) and to transfer the same to her when she attains the age of 21; if decease before age of 21 then the said trust fund should be divided between her brothers and sisters that are living at her death. - Within one year of my death: £200 to trustees chargeable on my estate and interest in property in the parishes of Pulloxhill, Higham Gobion, Flitton, Harlington & Westoning, all in Bedfordshire, which I am entitled under the will of my late father Rev. Edmond Williamson. - Same estate and interest of and in the same hereditaments & premises together with all stock, implements of husbandry and other things thereon to my sister Frances Williamson. - All my estate and interest in the messuages, cottages, farms, lands, tenements and hereditaments situate in the several parishes listed above unto and equally amongst my brother and sisters: Richard, William, Catherine & Ann. - £500 to my brother Edmond Richard Williamson. - £300 a piece to my brothers Richard & William. - £100 to my cousin Emma Gertrude Parry, spinster now living at bath. - Nineteen guineas each to my brother in law Richard Carter Smith and his children, my sister in law Anne Williamson the wife of Richard, Charlotte Guy now living with Mrs Sutton at Devizes, Cousin Anna Maria Tipping Aveling, dear friends Henry Edmund Goodhall & Margaret Pigott Hagar. - One hundred guineas… 'as memorials of the friendship and regard which has existed between us from our childhood' to Caroline Catherine Mary Stuart, spinster now living at Henlow, Beds. - All residue and remainder of my real & personal effects unto my sisters Catherine & Ann. - Appointing William Williamson & Henry Edmund Goodhall as executors. - Witnessed by Mary Anne Cole & George Heathfield, both of Campton, Beds.
