Reciting: - X916/4/2 - X916/4/3 - Thomas Brooks has since died and his will dated 4th Feb 1801 was duly proven in the archdeaconry court of Bedford. - £150 is still owed to Thomas Brooks although all interest on the last recited mortgage has been paid. Operative: - Mortgage from (ii) to (iii) for £250 and interest at 5% (£150 being used to pay (i) and thereby discharge (ii) from the last recited mortgage). - (i) transfers (a-d) to (iii) to act as security for repayment by (ii).
