    Notice Parties: (i) Henry Martin (ii) Mr. Thomas Lester & Mrs. Goddard Reciting: - Grant of annuity at X916/1/14. - A large sum of money is owing to Benjamin Noakes for arrears of the said annuity or yearly sum of £36. Operative: - In consideration of the grant of annuity at X916/1/14 (i) gives notice to (ii)… 'Not to pay unto the said Thomas Barringer or any person or persons on his behalf any rent or arrears of rent which may be now or which shall at any time hereafter become due and owing from you in respect of the said Hereditaments and Premises [See: X916/1/14] or any part thereof now in your tenure or occupation but on the contrary thereof I do hereby require you to pay such rent and arrears of rent to me the said Henry Martin my receipt or receipts for which will after this notice be alone a legal discharge or discharges for the same'. - Signed by (i) - Witnessed by Mr. Hodgson & Richard Goodwin.
