    Grant of an annuity of £36 per annum Parties: (i) Rev. Thomas Barringer of Bedford, clerk. (ii) Benjamin Noakes of the Wandsworth Road, Surrey, gentleman. (iii) Henry Martin of Fitzroy Street, Fitzroy Square, Middlesex, gentleman. Reciting: - (i) is entitled to the fee simple and inheritance of (a-b). - Mortgage dated 18th Mar 1824 whereby (c-m) was conveyed to Simon Paterson as security for the repayment of £1000. - (i) is still entitled to the equity of redemption on (c-m). - (i) has contracted to sell to (ii) an annuity of £36 to be payable out of (a-m) for and during the natural lives of James Noakes, Mary Weeks Noakes & Benjamin Noakes (the sons and daughters of (ii)) for the price of £400. Operative: - In consideration of £400 (i) grants an annuity of £36 to (ii). - In consideration of this annuity (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a-m) to (iii) for the term of 200 years in trust for (ii). Covenants: - If default in payment of up to 14 days, (ii) has right to enter upon (a-m) to satisfy payment. - If default in payment of up to 28 days, (iii) has right to enter upon (a-m) to satisfy payment. Property: (a) Cottage or tenement in the West End of Goldington Green, Goldington, Beds with a Close of pasture adjoining of 3r; abutting on E by the Green; W by the Church Field; N by the tenement formerly of William Risely & S by the tenement formerly of Thomas Peppercorn. (b) 1a of meadow ground lying in Far Meadow, Goldington; abutting N by Horse Acre; S upon the Headland formerly of Mr. Hazeldens & the meadow late of Thomas Watford lies on the E & W. The same premises are in the occupation of Mrs. Goddard at the yearly rent of £12. (c) Messuage and farm house at Church End, Ravensden, Beds near the Church there formerly in the occupation of Thomas Watford. (d) Close of pasture ground formerly called the Hempland but now Dove House Close or Pightle in Ravensden adjoining (c) of half an acre. (e) Close of pasture ground called 'The Old Orchard' in Ravensden of half an acre. (f) Close of pasture ground called 'Edmund's Pightle' in Ravensden of 3r. (g) Close of pasture or inclosed ground commonly called Brook Close in Shertly End, Ravensden of 2a. (h) 72a of arable land, meadow & leys in the parish and fields of Ravensden. [Note: found to contain 73a 20p upon a later survey of the lands dated 1768] (i) Close of pasture now or lately called Top Close of 3a in Ravensden. (j) Pightle known as Robinsons Pightle of half an acre in Ravensden. (k) Close of pasture ground known as Bencroft of 3r in Ravensden. (l) Several pieces of arable land meadow ground dispersedly lying in the parish and fields of Ravensden of 8a 1r. (m) All common land or ground alloted to (i) or Thomas Barringer his father, deceased under parliamentary act of inclosure. - The several premises are now in the occupation of Thomas Lester at the yearly rent of £110. - Signed by (i), (ii) & (iii). - Witnessed by John Hodgson of 17 Wilmington Square, Clerkenwell. Endorsed: Repurchase of annuity dated 19th Sep 1829.
