Whereas 1 to sell to 2 interest and goodwill in the business for £200
Whereas 2 to inspect the account books of the business and 1 to deliver to 2 a list of all customers except those relating to business as innkeeper
Witnesseth Conveyance by 1 to 2 of goodwill for £200 And 1 not to carry on a similar trade hereafter within 20 miles of Biggleswade
