Admission of 2 on the surrender of 1 to:- cottage or tenement with appurtenances in the High street, Biggleswade, occupied by John Mosely, with all outhouses, edifices, buildings, barns etc
And also all the estate, right title, interest, equity and property in the premises
Provided always that if 1 or heirs pay to 2 £60 and interest by 11 February next [1762] at her dwelling house in Bedford the surrender to be void, but otherwise to remain in full force
