Libertas honor de Ampthill in com Bedd The .Informacon of Theophilus East of Ampthill in the county -of Bedd chyrurgion taken uppon oath the thirteenth day of July Anno Qa 1672 before Charles Dymok gent Corron of the sayd Libertye This Informant sayth That on Wednesday the tenth day of July instant, he was sent for to Llaulden to come to see John Taylor who lay there wounded and searching of him found, That hee had a large wound uppon his right side towards the back of the length of four inches and the breadth of three inches or thereabouts penetrating into his body, which he was informed, and judged to be given him, by small shot out of a gun, which he judged was the cause of his death which happened two days after, And this Inform1- further sayth, That he heard the sayd John Taylor say not long before he dyed That he was sure, the sd Silvanus Sinpson did not think to shoot him or doe him any harme And further this Informant cannot depose, Charles Dymoke Theophilus Bast
