Confesses to theft of chains in Pond meadow.
The Examination of Mary Search alias Michell of Harlington, Beds. spinster taken before me Francis Wingate J.P. for the said County on the fourth day of Februray, 1666. Who sayth that she went into the field to a place called Ponds meadow, where stood two plowes, and that she took from the said plowes two iron chaynes, - which she carried to the door of one William Addany of Harlington, where she delivered the said Irons to one Dorothy Yarrow the wife of Thomas Yarrow of Tuddington in the said County of Beds. and further sayth not.
