If default made by 1 on repayment of any part of principal 2 shall enter and occupy the property And also 1 to insure the premises against loss by fire in the room(s) of 2 for at least £1,200 in the London Sun Fire Office or other office approved by 1, 2 to undertake it, and demand reimbursement of costs by 1 at 5% interest. And also 2 can sell property in case of default on repayments by 1, after three months notice in writing from 2 that default has taken place.
