North: lately stood cottage of Thomas Chew since Samuel and Elizabeth Hopkins and now of Charles Ridgeway South: yard and premises formerly of Thomas & West:Lane Wood and since Nathaniel Stonhill (being the yard and premises of the freehold messuage conveyed by John Flint to John Flemons) East: fronting into the street John Flemons admitted tenant at Court on 27 & 28 October 1859 Signed: John Flemons Witnesses: William Dumpleton, Fred.
