Whereas Recites clauses in X807/1/20, up to and including section noting David Stonhill attaining 21 years on 9 March 1843
Whereas Ann Stonhill, wife of Nathaniel Stonhill died in March 1855, leaving John Flint as co-trustee and was interred at Leighton Buzzard
Whereas John Flint as trustee has contracted with John Flemons for the sale of the property
Conveyance by 1 to 2 consideration £700 for the freehold property and £60 for the copyhold property
Freehold messuage or tenement, in North Street, Leighton Buzzard, now occupied by John Flemons, many years since erected and built by the said Nathaniel Stonhill, the site whereon a messuage or cottage purchased by Nathaniel Stonhill of Thomas Lane Wood and then occupied by Elizabeth and Martha Wright then stood
South: cottage or tenement of Stanyan Bigg and now Richard Samuel
East: North Street
Copyhold oven and bakehouse and ground on which they stood on the north side of the yard belonging to the messuage described above
