South:cottage and ground of Joyce Foster East:abutting the street With all privileges and rents etc whatsoever. The property to the use of John and Susanna Gregory during their lives, and after the decease of the survivor of them to their lawful heirs, and for want of issue to the use of the heirs and assigns of John Gregory, and for no other purpose whatsoever And John Gregory agrees with Benedict Worrall and Edward Ashwell that he stands lawfully seized of the property which is free of all encumbrances, save the rents and services due to their Lord And John Gregory and heirs at the request of Benedict Worrall and Edward Ashwell do everything for the more perfect conveyance of the property Signed and sealed:Ben Worrall Edward Ashwell jun.
