Operative:
Mortgage from (i) to (ii) in consideration of £350 with interest at £3/10/- per centum per annum. (i) assigns (a) to (ii) as security for repayment.
(a) Such proportion of the rates arising or occurring by virtue of the Public Health Acts for the Rural Sanitary Authority of the said Union.
Habendum:
To hold to (ii) subject to the usual mortgage covenants for redemption.
Witnessed by Edward Barnard, chairman of (i); William Austin solicitor of Luton and clerk to (i) and Benjamin Seebohn treasurer of (i).
Includes memorandum dated 17th June 1924 stating that the mortgage and interest has been paid off.
