(ii) Guardians of the poor of the Luton Union acting as the Rural Sanitary Authority of the said Union. Agreement: - (i) agrees to sell (a) to (ii) for £400. (a) Piece or parcel of ground forming part of a field of arable land at Kensworth containing 10a and being part of Clay Hall Farm (numbered 230 on a sale catalogue plan that was produced before the ground went on sale at auction on the 29th July 1885). Six other sale terms stated and witnessed by C.E. Bloomer of 33 John Street, Bedford.
