- (i) agrees to sell (a) to (ii) for £400.
(a) Piece or parcel of ground forming part of a field of arable land at Kensworth containing 10a and being part of Clay Hall Farm (numbered 230 on a sale catalogue plan that was produced before the ground went on sale at auction on the 29th July 1885).
