    Parties: (i) Vera Atkinson of 268 Common Road, Kensworth, wife of Ronald Atkinson; Ethel Wright of 222 Common Road, Kensworth, wife of Bryan Wright; Constance Ives of 131 Common Road, Kensworth, wife of Thomas Ives and Helen Lloyd of Supply Stores, Kensworth wife of George Lloyd (acting on behalf of the Kensworth Women's Institute) (ii) Parish Council of Kensworth. Reciting: - Conveyance dated 31st July 1922 between (1) Horace Edgar Bowles (2) Luton Rural District Council (3) Benjamin Hartop. (See PCKensworth6/12) - Order by Bedfordshire County Council dated 8th June 1951 under the open spaces act, 1906, making Kensworth Parish Council the local authority for the said act. - Conveyance dated 27th Mar 1953 between (1) Luton Rural District Council (2) Lawrence William Plewes (3) Kensworth Parish Council. (See PCKensworth6/15) - A special resolution was passed at a general meeting of the Women's Institute Kensworth dated 6th Jan 1964 appointing (i) to be managers in whom all real and personal property shall be vested. - (ii) proposes to build a new village hall on that part of the land where the women's institutes hut now stands. Operative: (i) releases (ii) from their obligations towards (i) as stated in the conveyances dated 21st July 1922 & 31st Dec 1925 (See PCKensworth6/12 & /14) Signed by (i) and Lawrence William Plewes & David Murray Ellis (members of (ii)) and witnessed by B.S.
