    Parties: (i) Rural District Council of Luton (ii) Lawrence William Plewes of Blake Hall, Kensworth, surgeon. (iii) Parish Council of Kensworth Reciting: - (i) is estate owner in fee simple of (a) but requires the permission of (ii) (as present owner of Blake Hall) before transferring to (iii). - Bleak Hall is renamed Blake Hall. - Order by Bedfordshire County Council under the open spaces act, 1906, making Kensworth Parish Council a local authority for the said act, therefore (iii) should transfer (a) to (iii). Operative: (i) with consent of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii) Land (see attached plan) (a) Piece of land on the S of Common Road containing 5a except the shown building. Covenants: - (ii) has a right of way in fee simple on land over (a). See plan at PCKensworth6/12 for said right of way coloured yellow. - (iii) not to allow occupiers of the exempt building on (a) to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the owners.
