Reciting:
- (i) is seised in fee simple of (a) and desires is to be held by (ii) for the purpose of public walks or pleasure grounds for the inhabitants of Kensworth.
Operative:
(i) conveys (a) to (iii).

(a) Parcel of land situate in Kensworth containing 1a 2r 30p; bounded on N by land conveyed by the same parties on the 31st July 1922 (See PCKensworth6/12); E by public allotment gardens and S by Bleak Hall.
Habendum:
To the use of (ii) in fee simple subject to certain trusts and purposes as stated in the conveyance between the same parties on the 31st July 1922 (See PCKensworth6/12)
