    Admission to the Rectory Manor of Stotfold of Mrs Elizabeth Albon and Mr John Albon under the will of James Albon, deceased. Reciting: - James Albon a copyhold tenant of this manor died and no one came to the court to be admitted tenant. Therefore the first default was recorded on the 22nd Oct 1886. - Second default was recorded on the 21st Oct 1887. - Elizabeth Albon of Stotfold, Beds, widow and John Albon of Stotfold, carrier (by their attorney Charles James Veasey) came before the court and produced the probate of the last will of James Albon dated the 25th Mar 1869 and contained the words... 'I devise all my real estate and I bequeath all the residue of my personal estate, effects and property unto my said trustees and executors absolutely upon trust'. Operative and Habendum: Admission of Elizabeth and John Albon as tenants to the Rectory Manor and to hold (a-c) upon trust as mentioned in the said will and according to the customs of the manor. Property: (a-c) as at Z1116/2/9. Enrolled at the general court baron and customary court before Walter Hamon Francis, gentlemen, deputy steward of Thomas Musgrave Francis, chief steward of the said manor.
