    Admission and surrender to the manor of the Rectory of Stotfold. Parties: (i) James Albon of Stotfold, yeoman (ii) Ann Smith of Baldock, widow and Mary Dilley of the same, spinster. Operative: In consideration of 540 paid by (i) to (ii), (ii) surrenders as copyhold tenants and (i) purchases (a-c) and is admitted into the said manor. Property: (a) Two messuage in Stotfold (b) Close of pasture attached to (a) containing 1a 3r 32p (formerly estimated at 2a 3r) with the common right (ii) was admitted to as tenants as heirs of William Dilley, deceased at a manor court held on the 10th Aug 1842. (c) Allotment and piece of land in Stotfold containing 3a 1r awarded to Ann Dilley, deceased by the commissioners of the inclosure award for Stotfold, in respect of the right of common belonging to this land numbered 301 on the map belonging to the said award. Habendum: To the use of (i) forever, subject to the custom of the manor including annual rent of -/3/10 Parties and witnesses: Alfred Darby, attorney for (i) Clement Francis of Cambridge, steward of the said manor.
