    Abstract and supplemental abstract of the title of Mr. William Turner to freehold and copyhold hereditaments in Stotfold. Drawn up by Chapman & Chaundler solicitors, abstracting: (Recital I) Mortgage dated 1st Oct 1887 between (i) William Turner of Henlow, Baker (ii) George Winters of Little Walden Park Saffron Waldon, Essex, Farmer. Mortgage between (i) to (ii) in consideration of 580 with 5 per cent per annum interest. Property: Several messuages, tenements described in the second and third parts of the first schedule. (2nd part being the freehold land abstracted and is the same as the property referred to in Z1116/1/7): (Recital II) By will date 18th Sep 1888 George Winters appoints sons George Paine Winters and David Paine Winters executors and trustees thereof. (Recital III) Said George Winters dies on the 27th May 1890 (Recital IV) Will of GW proved by executors on 11th Jul 1890. (Recital V) Indenture endorsed on Recital 1 dated the 3rd Oct 1912 between (i) George Paine Winters and David Paine Winters of 18 Limes Place, Folkestone, Kent, gents (ii) William Turner. In consideration of principal moneys and interest (i) reconveys property at recital (1) to (ii). (Recital VI) Warrant of satisfaction that George Paine Winters and David Paine Winters have received from William Turner the sum of 580 held on security of copyhold hereditaments held of the Stotfold manor and thereby directed the steward of the Manor to enter up satisfaction on the court rolls.
