Reciting: - Will of Thomas Veasey dated the 4th Sep 1877 whereby he appointed his wife Catherine Anna Veasey sole executor and gave to her all his real estate to do as she wished. Testator further declared that after the decease of his wife the whole of his estate should be sold and his wife should appoint the persons to act as trustees. - TV died on the 26th Aug 1880 and CAV proved his will on the 21st Sep 1881. - CAV died on the 23rd Oct 1899 and by her will dated the 4th Aug 1894 appointed (i) as trustee of the will of TV. Operative: In consideration of 69/1/2 (i) conveys (a) to (ii) Property: (see attached plan) (a) Plot or piece of land containing 1a 23p here before forming part of a close of pasture land being an old inclosure in two pieces called Jeremies Close containing 2a 2r 24p and numbered 105 and 106 in the tithe rent charge apportionment of the said parish. The said plot was abutted on the N and NE by premises belonging to Mary Ann Eaton and now to Messrs Edward King Fordham and Herbert Fordham Ltd. On the SE in part by premises belonging to James Hide and now to Cordwell Weshope Shepherd and in other part by premises lately belonging to Miss Payne and now Charles Galer and William Turner. Towards the SE by a road called Dark Lane and premises belonging to the estate of John Randall now deceased. Towards the W by premises formerly known as John Galer's and now belonging to Divers Proprietors. Habendum: To hold unto and to the use of (ii) in fee simple.
