Lucas, 1st Baron Lucas of Shenfield, Baroness Lucas of Crudwell; with special proviso that 'the same name...dignity and honour shall by no means be suspended...and remain to the aforesaid Mary and the heirs...in the same course of succession as such other entire inheritances...ought to descend by the common law...'
