Operative: - In consideration of the said marriage (i) conveys (a-b) to (iii). Property: (a-b) Same as at Z1187/4/13 although Ivy Lodge is now known as 'The Grange'. Habendum: - To use of (i) until said marriage then to use of (iii). - To use of (iii) upon trust that he sells (a-b) at the direction of either (i) and (ii). - (iii) has discretion to lease but for no longer than 21 years.
