(c) Messuage, cottage and tenement called Dark Lane House with yard and garden. (c) lies N of (a-b) and was late in the occupation of John Ebsworth and now Louisa Ebsworth. (d) Land with frontage to Dark Lane of 8 yards on the NW of (c) late forming part of Up End Close or Home Close. (e) Meadow land lying S of (c) forming part of the meadow at (b). (Note (c-e) was conveyed to (i) in 1903 by indenture between (1) (ii) & (2) (i). Habendum: - To the use of (ii) subject to usual mortgage provisos for redemption. Endorsed with a further charge of £200 subject to the same provisos for redemption.
