    Family Settlement (Common Recovery) Parties: (i) John Ravens the elder of elder of Henlow, gentleman and his son John Ravens the younger. (ii) Oliver Bromhall of Girtford, gentleman & Thomas Parratt of Potton, gentleman. (iii) Anthoney Renold the elder of Langford, gentleman and his son Anthoney Renold the younger. Operative: - For settling manors and estates unto (i) and his wife Elizabeth, (i), (ii) & (iii) agree to undertake a common recovery whereby (a-e) will be conveyed to (ii). Property and manorial rights: (a) Manor & lordship of Henlow with all rights being sometime of possession of the late dissolved monastery of Warden with all profits, royalties, privileges, commodities and hereditaments belonging or anyway appertaining. (b) Farm or messuage called Graysbury in Henlow now in the occupation of (i). (c) Messuage or lands in Henlow now in the occupation of Thomas Farson. (d) One close of pasture called Ash Close, Henlow sometime in the occupation of William Haynes. (e) Any other estates owned by (i) lying in Henlow. Habendum: - Unto (ii) until legal recovery is executed then to the use of (i) and his wife for life. - After death to use of John Ravens junior. Witnessed by John Mosyer & Henry Chase.
