Lease and Release, 18, 19 Oct., 1838: (i) Robt., Henley Ongley, Lord Ongley. (ii) Earl de Grey Premises first hereinafter mentioned were conveyed to use of (ii). 2. Conveyance in trust, 27, 28 June 1805: (i) Amabel, Barss. Lucas (ii) Mary Jemima, Dowager Lady Grantham. (iii) Earl de Grey (then Tho. Lord Grantham). (iv) Chas. Hodges Ware. (v) Tho. Chippendale (vi) Jas. Earl of Malmesbury and Visc. Fitzharri? 3. Act of 50 Geo. III, q.v. 4. 19, 20 Feb, 1813 as in 22/46 above 5. Crudwell Enclosure Act. 6. Death of Lady Grantham, Jan., 1830, and of Barnss. Lucas, May 1830. Lands secondly hereinafter described were com- prised in the first schedule to the Act of 1810. Schedule to present deed comprises the whole of the 1st schedule of the Act, except where affected by enclosure etc. as before. 7. Mortgage 14 Aug. last, qlv. 8. Sar. Dixon has paid de Grey at various times sever: sums of money viz.: 3,000 on 22 Nov. 1837, 1,000 on 29 Nov., 1837, 4,000 on 29 Dec., 1837, 51,500 on 28 May last, and 500 present day, total of 10,000 -- farmhouse in Pulloxhill and 74 ac. land - Home Close, Spinney close and spinney, Nether Catsbrook, Further Catsbrook, Eight acres, Barn Close, Nether Great ground, Farther Great ground, Bushey Clo., Ploughed Bushey clo. (5 ac.), all in Pulloxhill; clo. of 6 ac. in Silsoe; which was allotted to Robt. Henley Ongley by enclosure award; 4 membraned of schedule of lands follows. Endorsed with re-conveyance, 5 July 1848
