    In Latin. It was ordered the sheriffs to cause to be raised from the goods and chattels that were of Edward Brokett esquire otherwise called E B of Lecheworthe in county Hertford esquire, in the hands of Edward Brokett late of Lecheworthe in county Hertford gentleman administrator of the goods and chattels that were of the same E B to administer &c., in their bailiwick, both a debt of 100 marks that William Nicolls of Ecton in county Northampton and Thomas Nicolls of the Middle Temple, London, have recovered in the court of the lady queen here against him, and also £4 4s 4d which was adjudged to the same W and T in the same court here for the damages &c., from the same goods and chattels, if the same Edward B gentleman should have such goods and chattells that were of the aforesaid E B esquire at the time of his death, in his hands to administer, and if he have not &c then the damages aforesaid of which he is convicted to be levied from the own lands and chattels of the aforesaid E B gentleman; and that they should have those moneys here on this day, namely on the quindene of Easter, to render to the aforesaid W and T for the debt and damages aforesaid &c. And now here on this day come the aforesaid W & T by William Rudde their attorney; and the sheriffs now report that the goods and chattels that were of the aforesaid E B esquire at the time of his death, to the value of the debt and damages aforesaid, after the death of the said E came to the hands of E B gentleman to administer; and that the same E B gentleman wasted all the same goods and chattels before the coming of the writ aforesaid, and converted the, into his own use, whereby the debt or the damages aforesaid or any part thereof then could not be raised or levied from the goods and chattels aforesaid; also the same sheriffs report that the aforesaid Edward Brockett gentleman has no lands or chattels of his own goods in their bailiwick from which they might have raised the damages aforesaid or any part thereof. Therefore it is ordered the sheriffs to take the aforesaid E B gentleman if &c. and safe &c. so that they have his body here five weeks from Easter to satisfy the aforesaid W and T for the debt and damages aforesaid &c.
