Admin/biog history
Note: Peregrine Bertie, 13th Lord Willoughby de Eresby, 1555-1601, m. 1577/8 Mary, dau. of Jn. de Vere, 16th Earl of Oxford. She separated from him sometime before 1600, and before 2 June 1605 she married Sir Eustace Hart (d. 1634). She separated from Hart also before 1622, and probably d. 1624.
Hart must then have married again, Jane, nee Evelyn, and presumably widow of Sir Anthony Benn, and the mother of Amabel Benn, wife of Henry, 10th Earl of Kent. Dame Eustace Hart's tomb is at Flitton.
