Earl of Kent v. Thos. Lawrence: a breviat of the pleading. Parson Lawrence had 6 beasts, 20 sheep, 20 lambs, and 20 hogs on a place called the land in West Field, Over Stondon, but he 'hath not any right of common for any kind of beasts within the fields of Over Stondon'. Wm. Bryer, the Earl's bailiff, remonstrated with him without effect.
