Pages 1-31 (Midsummer 1903 - Lady Day 1907) are for 186, 188, 190, 192 Bedford Road and 3, 5, 7 and 9 Stuart Road for Mr William Payne. Pages 33 - 165 (June 1907 - March 1919) are for the same properties but on behalf of Messrs Taylor Brawn & Flood. After 1919 rents are collected for the properties of Mr H Simms, S Palgrave Page and Messrs Taylor Brawn & Flood, Messrs A Gillett & Worrall and others; tenants names are given but not the addresses. Between 1922 and 1938 nearly all entries relate to the properties of S Palgrave Page.
