Cole of Eaton Place Esq. on trust to sell and convey, and proceeds to be added to his general personal estate. Excx. & Excr. dtr. Countess Cowper and s. in-law Hen. Vyner Esq. Residue of personal estate (including above) to pay debts, and th in equal shares to dtrs. Countess Cowper and Lady Mary Gertrude Vyner. Registered Northallerton, 20 August 1861.
