Deed of Exchange (L. & R.) Agreement and apptmt. and assurance of lands in 20/71 and 72 by (ii) to (i). (i) Thos. Phil. Weddell Earl de Grey. (ii) Earl of Clanwilliam and Capt. Jn. Trotter, trustees of (i)'s marr. settlement. (Rec. in part of 20/71-2 and of 2nd. & 3rd. recs. of 20/79. Rec. (ii) and (i) have agreed that lands at Clifton & Rawcliffe should be conveyed to (i) under power of sale in 20/71-2 discharged from uses and trusts of 20/71-2 in exchange for land at Newby etc. (below).) (i) - (ii) with same trusts & uses as in 20/71-2. -- manor of Newby cum Mulwith alias Newby on Yore, with tithe farmhouse and lands there and in par. of Skelton, Bishop Monkton (609 1/2a.) Revocation by (ii) of trusts and uses in Clifton & Rawcliffe estates of 20/71-2, limited and apptd. to (i). Endsd.: Registration at Northallerton & Wakefield.
