(Rec. of Appointment of 21 & 22 November 1836 -- mess. and lands
in Rawcliffe and Skelton limited by (ii) to (i). On contract
for sale to (i) property was described as not subject to tith
but certain payments (10-0-6d. to prebend and rector of
Strensall, Sir J. Brooks, and Mrs. Pierpoint might be tithes,
therefore (ii) conveyed without warranty of tithe. Property
charged with these payments by deed of 25 April 1836. (i)
claimed for deficiences in lands conveyed 21 & 22 November,
1836 - ready to accept 300. Reduction of 300 in purchase
price of two properties (scheduled) in sale of 21 & 22 Nov.,
1836.)
