of Chris. Shearrwood, yeo. of Gibton, Leeds, decd. (d) Wm.
Appleton of Skelton, gent. (e) Thos. & S. Bernard. (f) Thos. Dunn
of Lincolns Inn, gent. - - 2 closes, skelton Holmes (20a.) in
Skelton, par. of Ripon. 720 (T. Bernard - b (Warburtons), conveyed
by (a) & (b) to T. Bernard. A 500 yrs. term in this assigned by (c)
to (f) in trust for T. Bernard. T. Bernard bought above for Thos.
Phil. Weddell, Lord Grantham, an infant. Rec. of Chancery order of
20 January 1797. Pltff.: Thos. Phil. Weddell Lord Grantham by Chas.
Yorke Esq. Defdts.: My. Weddell, My. Jemima Lady Grantham. Ordered
that above purchase be completed and cons. allowed to T. Bernard in
passing his accounts. T. Bernard to sign a Declaration of Trust
that he was seized of land in trust for T.P.W. Lord Grantham when
of age. If T.P.W. died before then to sell and pay money to excrs.)
