portions for younger children of intended marriage.

date by (ii) to (i) (after marr.) of lands in Holbeck and

(i) - T. Ramsden & (iv) - - manor of Wigglesworth and messuages and lands
there and in Giggleswick and Little Newton
(To use of (i) ( ? ) (a) Manor of Wigglesworth and rents of 11/2d
p.a. (b) lands in Wigglesworth ond Giggleswick
with rents of 373-10s.; (c) mess. & lands in
Wigglesworth and Giggleswick with rents of 97;
(d) mess. & lands in W'worth & G'wick with rents
of 230-3-7d; (e) mess. & lands in Little Newton
with rents of 130 p.a.)
(To use of (i) before marr. & during her life. Lands (a) & (b)
after dec. of (i) to be charged with annuity of 200 to (ii)
for life. (a) & (b) to (v) in trust for 99 yrs. (c) to use of
(v) for 2000 yrs. These and (d) and (e) to use of (vi) for
2500 yrs. after dec. of (i). (c) on trust to (v) that if (ii)
survives (i) after dec. of (i) they to raise 1000 and interest
for (ii), void on death and payment of excrs. (a) (b) (c) (d)
(e) to (vi) on trust after dec. of (i) to raise 10,000 for
portions of child(ren) of marriage, except eldest s. (10,000
for 1 child by deed or will of (i) or 21 yrs, or on marr. for
dtr. if before then. For more children to be shared, with
shares to survivor(s).) (vi) to levy sums for maintenance &
education etc., not to exceed interest (4% on portions) (i)
can make leases up to three lives, and leases (not in reversion
for maximum of 21 yrs. Trustees to have costs and not to be
responsible for bank losses.)
(iii) agrees to transfer 1000 consols on books of Bank of England
to (i) after marriage.
