(Rec. (i) entitled to property below but charged with
700 due to Ellen Bowes by (i)'s f. Sir Tancred Robinson,
and also with 5 annuities of 60 p.a. which by will of
Sir T. Robinson went to s. Norton & 4 dtrs., and several
rents. (ii) agreed with (i) for purchase of manor & lands
for 9,265. (i) agreed to pay interest on mortgage & annuit-
ies; (ii) to redeem mortgage after his death & continue
annuities.)
(i - iii) - - manor or Rawcliffe
To use of (i) for life, then (ii).
(Freely acquitted except for annuities & 700 after
death of (i).) (i) can make leases up to 15 yrs., but
not in reversion.)
