(ii) Sir Tancred Robinson of Newby, Bt. (iii) Chas. Tancred Esq. of Arden and Jn. Read Esq. of Sand Hutton. Wm. Robinson & ii - iii- - manor of Aldfield - - mess. lands & water corn mill there & in Winkesley - - annual rents of 20/-, 10/-, 6/8, 10/- of farmholds in Winkesley - - all estate of Wm. Robinson, uncle of W. Robinson above (see 20/38) To use of (iii) for life of T. Robinson on trust that T. Robinson is to take rents (land limited to him for 99 yrs. by 20/38) and on trust to preserve contingent uses etc.; on death of T. Robinson to use of W. Robinson his s. for life, iii to preserve uses; then to Dorothy w. of W. Robinson - if no male issue or failure of male issue, to take for life from these lands rent of 140 p.a. for addition to her jointure; then to use of sons & hrs. male of W. Robinson in order of age and priority. (Several other uses and provisions in default etc.) W. Robinson of (i) can dower 150 of manor to a future wife and make provision by charge on manor for children who won't inherit with interest of not more than 4% (portion of 1000 for 1 child, 1500 (for more than one). If W. Robinson of (i) or (ii) come into possession can make annuities of not more than 140 p.a., W. Robinson of (i) could make leases of not more than 21 yrs. Endsd.
