Gt. Broxted alias Broxted Hall, Lt. Broxted alias
Brookhall and Easton alias Much Easton alias Estames alias
Estaimes ad montem, and the rectory of Thaxted in Essex
and Cambs,:
with property in Gt. Dunmow, Thaxted, Ashdon, Waltons,
Mortimers, Stevington, Bartlow, Studycomps, Cittycomps,
Castlecomps, Overhall, Newnhamhall, Much Easton, Broxted,
Gt, Broxted, Lt. Broxted and Chawreth, Essex and Cambs.;
for lives of Banastre Maynard and w. Eliz.
Present indenture agrees to pay further 100 p.a. to Lady Eliz.
