    CONVEYANCE OF A FARM IN THURLEIGH (OF THE MANOR?) Conveyance (deed to lead the uses of a fine): (i) Sir Hen. Graye, kt., Lord Ruthen, & w. Eliz. (ii) Giles Bridges of London, esq. Edw. Copley of Southill esq. (iii) Luke Norton of Offley, Herts., esq. Thos. Awdly of Houghton Conquest, gent. -- a messuage and farm late occ. Ric. Cadwell (cf. 15/34/-36), and lands therewith used (no details). A fine is to be levied under the name of 'a messuage and garden, orchard, 200 ac. land, 20 ac. meadow, 220 ac. pasture in Thurleigh'; (iii will sue forth a writ of entry against ii, at the return of which writ ii will appear, and vouch i to warranty; i shall appear, and after declaration made against him shall emparle and depart in despite of the court, whereby iii shall have judgement to recover).
