A fine is to be levied under the name of
'a messuage and garden, orchard, 200 ac.
land, 20 ac. meadow, 220 ac. pasture in
Thurleigh'; (iii will sue forth a writ of
entry against ii, at the return of which
writ ii will appear, and vouch i to warranty;
i shall appear, and after declaration made
against him shall emparle and depart in
despite of the court, whereby iii shall
have judgement to recover).
