Soon after the date of the above mortgage John Raymond died. By his will dated 18 October 1783 he bequeathed the residue of his estate to brother, Thomas Raymond who was also appointed executor. Will proved (PCC)
Thomas Raymond has since died intestate, leaving ii) as his nephew and heir at law
Joseph Hinson has since died and letters of administration were granted by Bedford Archdeaconry Court to i), who is now entitled to residue of said term of years
iii) has agreed to purchase said land and it has been agreed that term of years should be transferred to iv) Now in consideration of 5s paid by iv) to i) i) transfers to iv) - said several pieces of land for remainder of said term of 500 years
