  • Title
    Release Fanny Dillamore died on 2 April 1899. By her will dated 14 June 1890 (proved PPR on 8 June 1899) she appointed her brother Henry Dillamore and nephew Charles Ebenezer Malden, executors. After bequeathing her personal estate she devised her moiety in above messuage and land etc to her brother, said Henry Dillamore, subject to following legacies to 6 nephews, sons of her brother, James Thomas Dillamore i,e. Henry, Frederick, Edward, Charles, Arthur and Samuel - 19 19s each to 4 nephew and 3 nieces, being children of her sister, Mary Ann, the widow of Ebenezer Malden i.e. Charles Ebenezer, Arthur, Frank and Henry Malden - 19 19s each to Mary Elizabeth, wife of Mortimer Shelton (formerly M E Malden, spinster), Frances Annie and Florence Dillamore Malden - 50 each to nephew and 3 nieces, children of late sister Sarah, wife of William Edwards Archbutt i.e. to William Henry Archbutt - 19 19s to Violet, Maude and Janette Archbutt - 66 13s 4d each to be paid when they are 21. Interest to be used for their support during their minorities. If legatees should be dead leaving issue, then females only should take deceased parent's legacy, at 21 to sister, Mary Ann Malden - 50, to be paid within 12 months after her decase. If Mary Ann is dead then legacy to be divided between daughters to Charles Ebenezer Malden 10 for his trouble as executor to Sarah Brawn, formerly servant in family of later Henry Dillamore - 19 19s to said executors - 500 to be invested 12 months after her decease and invest in real or Government Security or Railway Stock. Interest to be paid to brother James Thomas Dillamore, for life. Then to be equally divided between Mary Dillmore, wife of Henry, Mary Ann Malden and unmarried nieces reciting that Maude Archbutt died on 4 April 1899 and legacy lapsed Henry Dillamore has paid the legacies (as in schedule) Now said legatees release the said moiety from said respective legacies and all claims and demands thereof Schedule Signed by each of the legatees and witnesses
